Was born in Rome on 17th April 1965. He graduated in Business and Economics and has been a certified public accountant since 1991. He is registered with the Italian Auditors’ Association and is the president of the Board of Statutory Auditors for Finconcordia SpA, INPAC SpA, Impresat SpA, the Fondazione di Religione Santi Francesco d’Assisi e Caterina da Siena along with numerous other organizations. He has also been a member of the Administrative Councils and Boards of Auditors of diverse companies including the Il Sole 24 Ore group and the Italian state railways. Today he covers the role of Board of Auditors for numerous companies as well as sole director in real estate companies.

Dott. Italo Arturo Muci

is registered with the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili (Association of Chartered Accountants) in Rome. He began his professional practice at the Studio Palandri in Rome in October 1978 where he was employed until the end of 1986. Since 1987 he has been a part of Studio Muci & Associati. He carries out his freelance work with particular specialization in taxation, revenue and company issues. He is currently a member of the Board of Auditors of numerous companies.
